Gravy. I love gravy. Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without it, and this Thanksgiving is no different. It's ladled on top of my meal, from my Field Roast Celebration roast to the stuffing, squash and potatoes.
Scouring the internet, I finally found a great recipe that is now my go-to gravy. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
I only made one alteration to this recipe: I stir in Marmite, to taste, while cooking the gravy. It gives the gravy a deeper, meaty, more rich flavor. You can Marmite in just about all grocery stores. I did eliminate the 3/4 teaspoon of Himalayan salt from the recipe because the Marmite has salt in it and I didn't want salt overpowering the gravy.
